Afterwards rinse and wash your face again with hot water. It will take a bit to rinse off all of the gunk, but try to avoid using soap. You want the nutrients to continue to penetrate the skin and not be washed away too quickly. Just continue to rinse with hot water until clean. Once the skin is clean splash your face with cold water two to three times.
