Question by tash: how ofter should i use a tea tree oil mask if i have combination skin aswell as other tea tree oil skin care?
i know tea tree is a cleaning agent,i do have bad acne on my cheeks at the moment most likely due to stress,so ive been using my mask quite alot.It's working slowing but how much is too much,how many times a week should i use it?Plus leave it on for how long exactly?It doesn't say on the tub.

You shouldn't use a mask on your face more than twice a week as it can damaged your skin even more, especially if you already have problem skin. Tea tree essential oil is good for problem skin, however if the product you are using was store bought the amount of pure tea tree essential oil in that product is very low, and it may not even be pure tea tree essential oil in the product. If you have access to 100% pure essential oils go purchase a vial of tee tree oil and apply about a drop off a q-tip on the blemishes twice a day for a few days and you will notice the blemishes disappear. If you can't get the essential oil try raw honey on your face, this is excellent for blemishes and can be used on your entire face, unlike pure tea tree oil which should only go on the blemish.
